Coverage and Conditions

Tamii Living offers a 3-month warranty on all electronic products, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipping. The warranty begins the day you receive the product. However, damages caused by physical impact or water exposure are excluded. All items are confirmed to be brand new and in excellent condition before shipping.

 

Warranty Assessment

Tamii Living reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim. The inspection will determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty. Tamii Living does not accept liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

 

User-Damaged Products

Products damaged due to user mishandling, including scratches or cracks, are not eligible for warranty claims. In such cases, Tamii Living holds the right to deny repair or replacement requests. Decisions regarding repair, replacement, or exchange are at the sole discretion of Tamii Living.

 

 

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Return Methods

Buyers can either return the product directly to the store or mail it back.

Buyers are responsible for covering shipping costs.

 

Shipping Precautions

For items valued over $100, use a trackable shipping service (e.g., UPS, Canada Post) and consider purchasing shipping insurance.

Tamii Living does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Communication

Buyers should provide a return tracking number once the product has been shipped.
